The minor prophets are twelve in number and their message appeared towards the last chapters of the Old Testament. They are also called the twelve prophets and include Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.
