Intro to OneDrive Storage
OneDrive cloud storage service has free and paid plans that enable individuals and businesses to enjoy the benefits of cloud computing technology. This cloud storage provides the same service as Google Drive and other notable cloud storage services. This Onedrive tutorial is designed to help you use Onedrive cloud storage for personal and business use.
Cloud computing has a lot of broad benefits. When we look at these benefits we may get confused, and not understand its usefulness. But when we streamline the benefits to different sectors, we easily understand how it has helped us today. For example;
• Cloud computing helps a corporate organization to save IT costs in terms of staff and infrastructure.
• A small business may need it to minimize the cost of software purchases and updates.
• Similarly, as a student, you will need it to save files in a central location, which is accessible with any device. Thus, you will not be carrying storage devices everywhere you go. You will also not infect your files and computer with viruses and worms.
This is not a cloud computing tutorial, but we are using Microsoft 365 online apps, which is cloud-based. This cloud storage tutorial will teach you how to use OneDrive cloud storage and its benefits.
